ServiceNow is seeking a Director, CRM Sales to lead rapid expansion of CRM-focused products in the Central region. You will build, mentor and drive a team of Sales Executives across the evolving product portfolio, aiming to rapidly gain customers in new markets.

The ideal candidate has deep SaaS sales experience, a track record of new business growth, and the ability to recruit and coach a high-performing team across EMEA North with a strategic, data-driven mindset.

Competenze

• Extensive track record of new business sales success of CRM Solutions, including presentation and negotiation skills at C-Level.
• CRM SaaS experience essential; experience of PaaS even better.
• 4+ years as a sales leader with prior success as a CRM Sales executive.
• Ability to recruit, coach and manage an exceptional sales team.

• Lead a team of CRM Account Executives to drive rapid new business sales growth in the EMEA North region.
• Build and drive sales strategy with cross-functional teams to Go-To-Market effectively.
• Engage with Global Unit Sales Leadership and Field Sales Leadership.
• Recruit, coach and mentor team members to drive excellence.
• Develop territories and quota and communicate expectations.
• Forecast and pipeline reporting to the business at local and regional levels.
• Achieve annual sales goals on a quarterly and annual basis.
