Job summary

Husqvarna's R&D team in Huskvarna, Sweden seeks a Software Engineer to contribute to pre-develop initiatives, new product development, and maintenance of handheld battery tools.

You will work across software, electronics, and mechanics, with embedded software focus; motor control experience is valued. Fluency in English is required; knowledge of C, C++/C#, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, Git, Jira, and serial communication is beneficial.

Qualifications

• University degree in software engineering, computer science, or related field.
• A few years of experience in low-level embedded software development.
• Experience with motor control and battery systems is a strong plus; knowledge of safety standards and cyber security (CRA etc.).

Responsibilities

• Contribute to pre-develop solutions and initiatives, new product development, and maintenance of existing products.
