Job Description / Roles & Responsibilities:

Customer Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients in the Automotive vehicle, Passenger Car segment
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction levels
• Conduct regular customer meetings to understand requirements and address concerns
• Develop and present service delivery proposals and performance reports

Service Delivery

• Lead the planning and execution of service delivery projects across the portfolio
• Ensure timely delivery of embedded and mechanical services while maintaining quality standards
• Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Implement best practices and standardized processes for service delivery
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on customer feedback and market demands

Team Leadership

• Manage and mentor cross-functional teams delivering technical services
• Ensure optimal resource allocation across multiple projects
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth service delivery
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members
• Foster a customer-centric culture within the team

Business Operations

• Develop and manage service delivery budgets and forecasts
• Identify and pursue opportunities for service expansion
• Monitor project profitability and implement cost optimization measures
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements
• Create and maintain service delivery documentation and reports

Strategic Initiatives

• Participate in strategic planning for service portfolio enhancement
