Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years hands-on experience in battery electrode manufacturing.
• Proven experience in slurry mixing, coating, and calendering processes.
• Strong understanding of electrode materials, rheology, and coating behaviour.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for developing electrode manufacturing processes in a pilot-line environment.
• Owns process definition, optimization, and troubleshooting of equipment issues.
• Collaborates with R&D to transfer lab concepts into scalable manufacturing processes.
