Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record in optimising manufacturing processes.
• Strong experience in Statistical Process Control (SPC).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end process performance, monitor stability, and drive improvements.
• Define and implement process recipes and control strategies.
• Lead Root Cause Analysis for process deviations.
