Job summary

Lyten is seeking an Engineer, Electrode Development to join our growing team in Sweden. You will work hands-on with electrode slurry formulation, coating, drying, and testing to improve performance and manufacturability, bridging lab work to scalable production.

You’ll collaborate across disciplines to optimize processes, evaluate materials, and document results for iterative improvements in next-generation battery technology.

Qualifications

• Background in materials science or chemical engineering and batteries.
• Experience with lithium-ion or electrode development is a plus.
• Ability to perform experiments and report results clearly.

Responsibilities

• Design and run slurry mixing, coating, drying, and calendaring experiments.
• Analyze data and summarize performance improvements.
• Evaluate electrode performance and optimize processes.
• Operate and troubleshoot lab equipment for electrode fabrication.
• Document work and prepare technical reports and process docs.
