Job summary

Lely Center Lidköping in Sweden seeks a Finance Manager to lead the finance and administration function, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance and strategic insight.

You will manage a small team, coordinate with Lely's Netherlands Shared Service Center, and translate financial data into actionable recommendations for management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• Experience in a similar finance role with a strong focus on accounting.
• Knowledge of financial reporting, bookkeeping, cost control, and budgeting.
• Experience working with ERP systems (Movex is a plus).
• Strong Excel skills.
• Fluency in Swedish and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the finance and administration team.
• Own and improve accounting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, the general ledger, and supporting processes.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing cycles.
• Coordinate financial reporting, budgeting, and cost control to support performance.
• Drive continuous improvements in financial processes and contribute to overall business efficiency.

At Lely Center Lidköping, you work alongside colleagues who are passionate about supporting farmers with innovative solutions. In this role, you ensure that our financial processes run smoothly, transparently, and efficiently, so the business can focus on what matters most.

You take ownership of the full finance function, combining operational excellence with strategic insight. You ensure accurate reporting and compliance, while also translating financial data into clear recommendations that support decision‑making. As part of the management team, you collaborate closely with Lely’s Financial Shared Service Center in the Netherlands and contribute to strong financial governance across the organization.

• Knowledge of financial reporting, bookkeeping, cost control, and budgeting
• Experience working with ERP systems (experience with Movex is a plus)
