Job summary

Kirby Group Engineering is seeking an EHS Advisor to provide Environment, Health and Safety guidance across projects, implementing and maintaining the Kirby management system. The role involves coordinating EHS matters, supporting Project Managers, and traveling between projects as required.

The successful candidate will lead safety initiatives, conduct audits, ensure RAMS are up to date and drive continuous improvement while aligning with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead safety initiatives and improve site EHS performance.
• Strong communication skills for management, safety reps and workers.
• Experience with audits, incident investigations and RAMS processes.
• Knowledge of EHS management systems and regulatory compliance.
• IOSH membership or equivalent required/advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide EHS guidance to project teams and management.
• Coordinate site EHS plans, RAMS, inductions and risk assessments.
• Lead incident investigations and root-cause analyses.
• Prepare monthly KPI reports and EHS documentation.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and company requirements.
