Job summary

Akiem is seeking an experienced ECM IV Workshop Manager & Technical Support in Sweden, responsible for operational workshop management and technical support.

This role ensures compliance with ECM IV requirements, manages work plans, and coordinates maintenance activities across locations. Candidates should have a technical degree and relevant experience in heavy maintenance, specifically railway vehicles.

Qualifications

• Completed a technical degree, ideally in mechatronics, railway engineering, or a comparable field.
• Several years of professional experience in heavy maintenance, ideally of railway vehicles.
• In-depth knowledge of ECM requirements in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2019/779.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with ECM IV requirements and regulations.
• Coordinate workshop capacities and resources for maintenance.
• Manage work plans, maintenance processes, and technical documentation.
