Job summary

Alstom in Västerås or Stockholm, Sweden, seeks a full-time Nordics QMS & ECM Coordinator. You will deploy QMS/ECM, monitor compliance with ISO 9001, IRIS and ECM, and support local teams with training and audits. You will collaborate with regional and local stakeholders to sustain a robust management system.

You will report to the Head of Quality Service Nordics and drive process governance, risk management, and continuous improvement across Nordics sites. English is required; Swedish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quality, Management, Engineering or related field.
• Experience with ISO 9001, IRIS and ECM.
• Knowledge of risk and opportunity management processes.
• Familiarity with internal and external audit processes.
• Auditing or quality management certification.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• English required; Swedish knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deploy QMS and ECM across Nordics in collaboration with local quality functions.
• Coordinate process governance, reviews and risk/opportunity management with country and local stakeholders.
• Provide training and day-to-day coaching on process application to local teams.
• Manage and update QMS documentation to ensure clear communication.
• Keep site management informed about deployment status, results and improvements.
• Ensure conformance with ISO 9001, IRIS, ECM and ISO 55001 requirements.
• Organize and enhance internal audits and monitor yearly audit plans for timely execution.
• Collaborate with certification bodies and customers to prepare for QMS assessments.
