Job summary

Jobtailor in Gothenburg, Sweden, is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central consultant to engage with manufacturing clients and translate complex processes into ERP solutions.

You will design and implement Business Central configurations, advise on best practices, train users, and collaborate with consultants and developers to deliver successful ERP projects.

Fluent Swedish and English are required, with excellent communication across stakeholders.

• Engage with customers to understand business processes and operational requirements.
• Analyse, design, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions.
• Advise customers on best practices for manufacturing and ERP processes.
• Configure and support Business Central implementations and enhancements.
• Collaborate with technical consultants, developers, and project teams to deliver successful projects.
• Provide guidance, training, and ongoing support to end users where required.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and stay up to date with the latest Microsoft technologies.

Requirements

• Experience within the manufacturing industry, either as a Business Systems Consultant or in an operational role such as Production Manager, Manufacturing Manager, Operations Manager, or similar.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (Cloud/SaaS).
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into effective ERP solutions.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Fluent in both Swedish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
