Job summary

Airpelago is hiring a Support & Testing Engineer to bridge field users and our software engineers. You will ensure users succeed with our software, resolve issues, and translate recurring problems into concrete inputs for engineering.

You will also run large-scale tests of our drone automation software in real-world conditions, validating new features, drone platforms, or payloads before release. Fluency in Swedish and English is required, with travel for field testing expected.

Qualifications

Experience in a technical and customer-facing support role.
Post-secondary education in a relevant field.
A genuine service mindset and ownership of user problems.
Hands-on troubleshooting by digging into logs, configurations and data.
Structured, methodical testing at scale.
B driver's license and willingness to travel for field testing.
Excellent Swedish and English communication, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Support users (pilots, operators, grid owners) from first question to resolution.
Onboard new users and customers to the system.
Feed field insights back into product and engineering priorities.
Plan and execute large-scale field testing of drone automation software.
Document, reproduce and prioritize bugs with technical detail for engineers.
Build and maintain test procedures, checklists and reports for comparability over time.
Maintain support documentation, guides and internal knowledge.
Make smaller fixes and scripts using AI-assisted development tools.
