Job summary

Hultafors Group is seeking an AI Transformation Lead to drive the organization’s AI agenda, governance, and business value realization across functions. You will partner with business leaders, IT, data teams, and transformation stakeholders to identify opportunities and ensure AI initiatives deliver measurable value.

You will balance strategy with hands-on delivery, translating complex AI topics into practical business outcomes while promoting responsible AI adoption and organizational change.

Qualifications

• University degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Data Science, or a related field.
• Several years of experience working with digital transformation, AI, analytics, automation, or business transformation.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and driving organizational change.
• Good understanding of AI technologies, data-driven decision-making, and automation opportunities.
• Experience working with governance, risk management, compliance, or operating models.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Define, maintain, and communicate the Group AI strategy and roadmap.
• Identify and prioritize AI opportunities with business stakeholders.
• Drive AI initiatives from idea to value realization through implementation and scaling.
• Establish and maintain AI governance, policies, and ways of working.
• Support compliance with regulatory requirements including the EU AI Act.
• Coordinate activities across business functions, IT, architecture, security, and data teams.
• Drive organizational readiness through communication, training, and change management.
• Monitor value realization, adoption, and performance of AI initiatives.
• Stay informed about emerging AI technologies and industry trends.

About The Role

As AI Transformation Lead, you will own and drive our AI transformation agenda across Hultafors Group. You will work closely with business leaders, IT, data teams, and transformation stakeholders to identify opportunities, establish governance, and ensure AI initiatives create measurable business value. The role combines strategy, change leadership, governance, and delivery. You will be instrumental in turning AI ambitions into practical business outcomes and ensuring AI capabilities are adopted responsibly and effectively throughout the organization.

What You Will Do

You will:

Who You Are

We are looking for someone who combines strategic thinking with a hands-on approach and enjoys working across organizational boundaries. You are a strong communicator who can translate complex AI topics into practical business discussions and inspire others to embrace change.

You likely have:

• A university degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Data Science, or a related field.
• Several years of experience working with digital transformation, AI, analytics, automation, or business transformation.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and driving organizational change.
• Good understanding of AI technologies, data-driven decision-making, and automation opportunities.
• Experience working with governance, risk management, compliance, or operating models.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluency in English.

Experience with AI governance, AI platforms, Microsoft AI technologies, cloud platforms, or data and analytics environments is considered an advantage.
