Job summary

RLDatix is seeking a Stockholm-based Director of Engineering to lead the TimeCare team. You will steer the engineering strategy for the TimeCare product family—Planning, Pool, Integration, AutoRoster, Staff Mobile—across multiple domains to deliver integrated, cloud-native solutions for Nordic customers.

You will guide modernization, implement AI across product and operations, and maintain high reliability in a large multi-tenant environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading software engineering organizations, incl. 3+ years of managers
• Experience introducing AI capabilities into engineering practice
• Knowledge of running multi-tenant SaaS at scale in a major public cloud
• Ability to commute to Stockholm on a hybrid basis
• Interest in delivering enterprise software in regulated environments (GDPR, EU AI Act)

Responsibilities

• Guide integrated engineering strategy across TimeCare product family
• Lead multi-year modernization and cloud-native expansion
• Coordinate incident response for reliability across multi-tenant base
• Own TimeCare AI agenda end-to-end with governance
• Mentor engineering talent and foster a culture of innovation and safety
