Job summary

Saab Surveillance seeks a Senior Procurement Leader Operations to shape the site’s operational supply performance, linking Production, Planning and Engineering with Procurement to secure delivery and supplier commitments. Qualifications

• Several years of experience within Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations, Production Planning, Logistics, or related disciplines.
• Experience leading teams, projects, workstreams, or operational improvement initiatives.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes and operational execution.
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to drive change and continuous improvement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience from manufacturing, industrial, aerospace, defense, or similarly complex environments is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational supply performance and delivery capability across the site.
• Follow up and improve key operational KPIs.
• Supports recovery plans and escalation activities impacting production or customer commitments.
• Organize and facilitate regular operative meetings and daily coordination.
• Act as Procurement's primary operational counterpart toward Production and Planning.
• Coordinate priorities, capacity considerations, and supply-related activities across functions.
• Facilitate collaboration between Procurement, Production, Planning, Logistics, Quality, and Engineering.
• Build the future operational supply organization within Procurement.
• Drive standardization and best practice.
• Implement and ensure processes, methods, and governance across supply chain teams.
• Support implementation of new tools, working methods, and improvement initiatives.
