Job summary

Vattenfall is seeking a senior leader to head the New Nuclear team and shape the company’s strategic development in new nuclear. You will build and evaluate investment opportunities, advise senior management, and manage a complex network of internal and external stakeholders.

The role includes supporting Vattenfall’s ownership in Videberg kraft AB, engaging with authorities, municipalities, and partners, and reporting to the board with strategic recommendations.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in large-scale industrial or energy-related business development.
• Proven ability to evaluate major investment opportunities and influence senior decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the New Nuclear team and set strategic direction.
• Support ownership interests in Videberg kraft AB and board-facing activities.
• Identify opportunities for investments in new nuclear and manage stakeholder relations.
• Advise senior management on risks, opportunities and strategic choices.
