Job summary

Toyota Material Handling Europe is seeking a Digital Product Compliance Specialist to ensure products meet evolving digital regulations and standards. You will monitor regulatory developments and guide cross-functional teams on digital product requirements, with emphasis on AI, cybersecurity, connectivity and digital services.

You will work with R&D, IT/IS and other functions to develop tools and processes that support compliance, representing TMHE in external discussions and shaping regulatory

Qualifications

• University degree in cybersecurity, information management or related field.
• Couple of years of experience with knowledge of digital regulations and standards.
• Good understanding of product software, telematics, robotics and systems engineering.
• Analytical, structured and meticulous with a team-oriented mindset.
• Excellent relationship-building skills and stakeholder collaboration across departments.
• Confident in preparing and delivering training sessions to stakeholders.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Monitor new and evolving digital regulations and standards and assess impact on TMHE products.
• Provide expert guidance on digital product requirements in AI, cybersecurity, connectivity and digital services.
• Develop and maintain tools, processes and procedures to support compliance.
• Collaborate with R&D, IT/IS and other functions for a coordinated approach to digital product compliance.
• Represent TMHE in developing digital standards and regulations with external organisations and stakeholders.
• Support MSCOs on digital product compliance matters and maintain relationships across TMHE and Toyota.
