TRATON Group R&D in Södertälje, Sweden is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Specialist to translate legal cybersecurity requirements into practical compliance activities across the product lifecycle. You will coordinate certification and vehicle type approval while collaborating with engineers, testing services and authorities to demonstrate regulatory compliance in a global environment.

The role requires a degree in Engineering/Cybersecurity/CS or equivalent experience, plus strong communication

Qualifications

• Experience in a compliance, certification, regulatory, or similar role.
• Structured and detail-oriented; able to manage complex information and processes.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Support cybersecurity compliance activities throughout the product lifecycle.
• Coordinate and contribute to certification and vehicle type approval processes.
• Collaborate with technical experts to collect and present compliance evidence.
• Act as the main point of contact between engineering teams, testing services, and regulatory authorities.
• Interpret regulatory requirements and support their implementation within the organization.
• Maintain compliance documentation and ensure adherence to established processes and protocols.
• Monitor developments in relevant cybersecurity regulations and standards.
