A leading FinTech company based in central Stockholm is looking for a DevSecOps Engineer to work on automation, infrastructure, and cloud security. You will design infrastructure as code, optimize CI/CD pipelines, and collaborate with development teams to improve reliability and security. Overview

As our DevSecOps Engineer, you’ll work with automation, infrastructure and cloud security, while also influencing ways of working, setting up processes from the ground up, and, if desirable, contributing to areas like QA and testing.

Open Payments is a VC-funded FinTech founded in 2017. With our open and secure API, we enable seamless access to bank APIs across the EU, providing the critical infrastructure for Open Banking. Based in central Stockholm, we’re a passionate team solving exciting challenges with the latest technologies.

What you’ll do

• Design and maintain Infrastructure as Code with ARM and Bicep
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines for cloud applications
• Automate deployments and provisioning workflows
• Manage containerized workloads with AKS and Container Apps
• Improve reliability through observability, testing and automation
• Collaborate with developers and architects on solution design
• Document infrastructure and processes for teams and audits
• Establish security guardrails and drive best practices
• Monitor performance and strengthen observability

Who you are

You’re passionate about automation, security and efficiency and enjoy building reliable systems. You thrive in a cloud-native environment where you can innovate, improve how we deploy and test systems, and stay ahead with new tools and methods that boost performance and security.

You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

• 1–2+ years of Azure experience
• Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker and Infrastructure as Code
• Understanding of RBAC & IAM
• Experience with automated testing and observability

It’s a bonus if you have:

• Knowledge of Azure CLI, OIDC/OAuth or Microsoft Graph
• Experience from fintech or other regulated industries
• Expertise in building scalable, high-throughput systems
