Job summary

Debageri AB in Sweden seeks a DevOps Engineer to lead CI/CD pipelines, security-driven deployment, and scalable operations in a fast-paced software environment. The role focuses on automating infrastructure, optimizing release processes, and fostering collaboration across teams.

You will collaborate with development and IT to implement DevSecOps practices using Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Ansible, and Azure DevOps.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in DevOps/DevSecOps within complex environments.
• Strong CI/CD proficiency with Jenkins and Azure DevOps.
• Coding/scripting in Python, Bash, YAML; Kubernetes & Docker experience.
• IaC tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Bicep, ARM templates.
• Fluent English; Swedish skills are a plus; Swedish work permit required.

Responsibilities

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Ansible, Terraform, Bicep, and ARM Templates.
• Proficient in using version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies like SAFe.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience in Azure, including Azure DevOps and cloud security.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools, SIEM, and security frameworks.
• Knowledge of virtual platforms such as VMware or OpenStack.
• Certifications in Azure or DevSecOps.
• Experience in regulated industries like finance or insurance.
• Experience with Zero Trust architecture and Identity & Access Management (IAM).

Qualifications

• BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Fluent in English; Swedish language skills are a plus.
• A valid Swedish work permit is required.
