Job summary

inventYOU IT Consulting seeks a proactive DevOps Coordinator to bridge software delivery and IT support. You will own build environments, pipelines, and delivery processes while coordinating with our central Dev/Ops teams.

You will drive collaboration, solve technical challenges, and coach colleagues to keep projects moving with clear communication and a delivery-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience with software development and DevOps/CI/CD fundamentals.
• Hands-on with Git, Jenkins/Azure DevOps/GitLab CI, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination.
• Ability to structure and prioritize in a complex environment.
• Fluent Swedish and English (written and spoken).
• On-site work required in Stockholm.

Job description

In this role, you will become a central hub in our organization - making the technology and the people behind it work together in the best possible way. Your assignment largely involves driving and developing our build environments, pipelines, and delivery processes, but equally important is your ownership of the relationships and touchpoints around them.

You will act as our primary point of contact toward our central Dev/Ops and IT support organization, coordinating and syncing their work with our internal needs. This means moving fluidly between designing complex software and acting as a bridge between different parties. You carry system-wide responsibility, solve technical challenges, and coach your colleagues - but your greatest strength is making things happen through proactive communication and genuine drive.

Requirements

• Experience with software development and a solid understanding of DevOps and CI/CD fundamentals
• Hands-on experience with common DevOps/CI-CD tooling (e.g. Git, Jenkins/Azure DevOps/GitLab CI, Docker, Kubernetes)
• Strong communication skills and comfort acting as a coordinator between technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Solution-focused approach with the ability to structure and prioritize in a complex technical environment
• Fluent Swedish and English, both written and spoken
• Ability to work on-site in Stockholm

Nice to Have

• Experience working in complex, cross-team development environments
• Prior experience coaching or mentoring developers
• Experience collaborating with central IT support or Dev/Ops organizations
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP)
