SD Worx HR is seeking a DevOps Engineer to help build a scalable Core HR platform serving customers across multiple markets. You will drive automation, improve deployment platforms, and strengthen monitoring and reliability to support growth.

About The Role

At SD Worx HR, we're building a scalable Core HR platform that serves customers across multiple countries and markets. To support our growth, we're looking for a DevOps Engineer who is passionate about automation, platform engineering, reliability, and improving the developer experience.

What You'll Do

• Build and improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment platforms.
• Drive automation and reduce manual operational work.
• Enhance monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability.
• Support production environments and incident resolution.
• Improve platform reliability, performance, and scalability.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, QA Engineers, Architects, and Technical Leads.

What You'll Bring

• Experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, SRE, Cloud Engineering, or a similar field.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
