Job summary

Tetra Pak in Lund, Sweden, is seeking a Development Engineer to join the Supply Chain Operations Industrial Base Management development team as System Owner for inline inspection systems. The role is based in Lund with approximately 30% travel and a focus on development and lifecycle management.

You will work with inline systems such as print and surface inspection, gauging, and grammage measurement to improve packaging product quality, collaborating across functions in an agile environment.

Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering, Data Science, Vision Technology or equivalent.
• Experience from maintaining products in the field of Vision Technology, Cameras, Image Analysis or Machine learning is an advantage
• Field testing experience with testing and validation of new equipment.
• Basic knowledge in High level programming (e.g. Python, C#, etc.)
• Fluency in English
• Experience with Scrum/Agile working methods, statistics and/or mathematics is a merit.

Responsibilities

• Developing systems and equipment for defect analysis using process measuring systems, camera-based inspection systems, and similar technologies
• Taking System Owner and Product Lifecycle responsibility for selected systems
• Defining requirements and working closely with suppliers, including testing and validation
• Improving defect classification using AI and related technologies
