Qualifications

• Extensive professional software development experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong experience in the dental sector, ideally with dental practice-management systems or clinical software.
• Ability to translate clinical and operational needs into robust technical solutions.
• Proven track record guiding architecture, roadmap and development priorities.

Responsibilities

• Take technical leadership of Dental Connect, shaping architecture and priorities.
• Remain actively involved in development, integrations, testing and problem-solving.
• Develop and maintain integrations with dental practice-management systems and partners.
• Ensure customer-specific work aligns with a coherent, reusable product.
