Job summary

Qualifications

• 1st in computer science, electronics, physics, maths or mechatronic engineering from a Russell Group university.
• Interest in technology including AI and robotics through hobby projects or other activities.
• Project experience working on technical problems with stakeholders; strong communication.
• Ability to prioritise projects with excellent organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and onsite customer support for defence technology products.
• Deploy and troubleshoot at customer sites; monitor performance and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and escalate as needed.
