Job summary

CMC are currently looking for an Electronic Design Engineer to support an exciting deployment based in Jönköping, Sweden. The role is hybrid, with one day on-site per week in Jönköping and an immediate start.

The client is a pioneering organisation within the Industrial engineering sector, offering a long-term contract with strong potential for extension. You will apply analogue and digital electronics design skills, Altium review, EMC knowledge and hands-on testing.

Qualifications

• Strong analogue and digital electronics design experience.
• Experience qualifying components via datasheets and board testing.
• Understanding of component parameters and EMC.
• Able to review Altium schematics.
• Product development or maintenance background, ideally low power or audio.
• Self managed with access to a lab (if remote).
• Understanding of Swedish (not required to speak fluently).
• Audio electronics and hands-on EMC measurement experience.

This is an initial Long term contract, with strong potential for extension. The role is hybrid, with one day on-site a week required in Jönköping. We’re looking for someone who is available to start immediately.

In order to suit the project requirements, you should have the following experience:

• Strong analogue and digital electronics design skills
• Experience qualifying alternative components via datasheets and board testing
• Good understanding of component parameters and EMC
• Able to review Altium schematics
• Product development or maintenance background, ideally low power or audio
• Self managed, with own lab access (if remote)
• Understanding of Swedish (fluent speaking not required)
• Audio electronics and hands on EMC measurement
