Job summary

Kintec Global Recruitment is seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Project Engineer to join a data centre team in Sweden. You will coordinate electrical installation activities, review drawings, and ensure QA/QC compliance on site across multiple project stages.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and at least 3 years in electrical construction. You will work with subcontractors, monitor progress, manage documentation, and support RFIs to keep projects on

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in electrical construction.
• Experience with electrical services including power distribution and lighting.
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the coordination and delivery of electrical construction activities throughout various project stages.
• Review and understand electrical drawings, project specifications, and submissions.
• Support QA/QC procedures to ensure installations meet project requirements.
• Coordinate daily electrical works with subcontractors, supervisors and project team.
• Track construction progress and provide updates to senior engineers and project management.
• Maintain electrical project records, including submissions and Health & Safety documentation.
• Participate in site coordination meetings and project planning sessions.
• Interface with design to raise/monitor/close RFIs and other construction information.
• Support inspections and checks, verifying works against standards.
• Assist commercial team by monitoring variations and progress claims.
• Identify challenges and assist teams in bringing them to resolution.
• Support snagging and close-out of electrical works.
