Job summary

Kintec Global Recruitment is seeking a Senior Electrical Construction Lead for on-site data centre projects in Sweden. You will manage electrical works end-to-end, lead on-site teams, and coordinate with planners, subcontractors and design disciplines to ensure timely delivery and high quality standards.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and 7+ years of experience in electrical construction, with a strong track record delivering major developments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 7+ years' experience in electrical construction with teams and site delivery.
• Proven track record managing electrical systems on major construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for the management and delivery of electrical works throughout the full project lifecycle.
• Lead daily electrical construction activities on site and coordinate with the project team.
• Maintain QA/QC controls and ensure compliance with specifications, quality requirements and standards.
• Coordinate with planners, subcontractors, consultants and design disciplines to align with programme.
• Lead and monitor subcontractor performance, including progression, workforce planning and reviews.
• Ensure documentation, health & safety records, and technical submissions are current.
• Represent the project in meetings and during handover activities.
• Interface with design to release drawings and submissions per schedule.
• Review drawings and submissions to ensure proper coordination before installation.
