Job summary

European Data Centre Main Contractor in Skellefteå, Sweden is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to support delivery and on-site coordination of mechanical works on a major data centre project. You will work with the Mechanical Package Manager, supervisors and subcontractors, handling drawings, submittals, QA/QC, RFIs and progress reporting to keep installations on time.

This role requires at least three years of mechanical construction experience, with a degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in mechanical construction.
• Hands-on HVAC, piping or related mechanical services.
• Strong ability to read drawings, specs and site installs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate on-site mechanical works with teams.
• Review drawings, specifications and submittals.
• Coordinate HVAC, piping and related installations.
• Support QA/QC inspections and checks.
• Track RFIs and progress against programme.
• Assist with snagging, handover and documentation.
