Vitamin Well Group is seeking a Data Analyst to strengthen the data foundation for its digital business. You will work across ingestion, modelling, dashboards, and self-serve analytics to empower teams worldwide with trusted metrics.
You will collaborate with Analytics and AI leads to shape data structures, connect sources, and drive data-informed decisions in marketing, e-commerce, and product.
Vitamin Well Group develops premium functional drinks, snacks and protein products designed for modern, everyday life and on-the-go consumption. Our portfolio includes Barebells, NOCCO and Vitamin Well. With over 750 employees and revenue of more than SEK 10 billion, we are present in over 50 markets, with our headquarters in Stockholm and local teams and partners around the world. Our growth is driven by a focus on building strong brands, creating products with uncompromising taste and clear functionality, and consistently raising the bar across our categories.
We are building a team to lead the next phase of Vitamin Well Group’s digital business. We work across e-commerce, data and AI, with a clear focus on shaping the technology and capabilities that will drive how our digital business operates and grows.
We are now looking for an Data Analyst to strengthen the data foundation behind that journey. You will work across the full data lifecycle – from ingestion, modelling and quality to dashboards, analysis and operationalization – turning data into something teams can trust, understand and act on.
This is an opportunity to join while much of our data capability is still taking shape. Rather than stepping into a finished setup, you will work closely with our Analytics Lead and AI Lead to influence how we structure, connect and use data across our digital business.
As an Data Analyst, you will work at the intersection of data engineering, analytics and business. The role extends beyond building reliable data models: you will help make data accessible, actionable and valuable in driving better decisions across the business.
You will develop reusable models and pipelines, strengthen data quality and create dashboards and self-serve analytics that give teams direct access to the metrics they need. At the same time, you will work closely with colleagues across Digital Sales, CRM, Performance Marketing, Organic and Paid Social, Product and Engineering to solve real business problems with data.
That could mean modelling customer and transaction data, connecting a new marketing data source, improving how we measure retention or LTV, or taking an open-ended business question and turning it into an analysis that leads to action.
You have a relevant degree within Software Engineering, IT, Business or a related field, along with 1–4 years of professional experience as an Analytics Engineer, Data Engineer, Data Analyst or in a similar role. Ideally, you have worked across different parts of the data journey – from raw data and modelling to analysis and business application – and have a genuine interest in using data and AI to support digital sales and marketing.
As a person, you are curious, pragmatic and eager to learn. You enjoy solving problems, are comfortable finding your way forward when not everything is defined and take ownership of moving your work forward. You also enjoy working with others and can make technical topics clear and useful to people with different backgrounds.
At Vitamin Well Group, we believe that a great workplace fuels great products. With over 750 employees worldwide, our people play an important role in how we build brands, develop products and grow the business. Our values – innovation, courage, drive and responsibility – shape how we work together and how we do business.
Across functions and markets, our teams are hands‑on in building our brands, developing our products and making them available to consumers around the world. We embrace an office-first principle because we believe our best ideas emerge when people come together, share ideas, build relationships and take ownership.
Promoting active lifestyles is part of our culture. Employees can take part in run clubs, group workouts, races and sporting events that suit different interests and fitness levels. As we continue to grow, we aim to make a positive impact by reducing our environmental footprint, promoting active and healthy lifestyles, and acting responsibly across our value chain.
