Job summary

TRATON Group R&D in Södertälje, Sweden, seeks a Process Architect for Cybersecurity Management System to define, develop, and maintain CSMS processes that meet UNECE R155 and ISO/SAE 21434 across the product lifecycle.

You will bridge governance, engineering, and compliance, lead audits, align CSMS with projects, and contribute to a robust cybersecurity culture in a flexible hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• Background in system architecture, embedded systems development, or automotive cybersecurity.
• Solid knowledge of ISO/SAE 21434, UN R155, GB/T 44495 or other Road Vehicles Cybersecurity Engineering and experience implementing management systems in a regulated development context.
• Excellent skills in stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination.
• Experience in defining and auditing cybersecurity processes, ideally within a vehicle OEM or tier-1 supplier.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity tools and methods (TARA, penetration testing, vulnerability management, requirements traceability).
• Strong leadership and communication skills to align diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the CSMS process architecture.
• Ensure that processes meet the requirements of regulation (e. g. UN R155) and are aligned with ISO/SAE 21434.
• Define roles, responsibilities, and KPIs within the cybersecurity process framework.
• Ensure alignment between organizational CSMS and project-specific implementations.
• Specify and support tools needed to implement CSMS processes effectively.
• Provide expert guidance during audits and project milestone reviews.
• Support system engineering team to implement CSMS process correctly and efficiently.
