Job summary

Scania, part of the TRATON Group R&D based in Södertälje, Sweden, is seeking a Process Architect for Cybersecurity Management System. The role focuses on designing and maintaining the CSMS process landscape to satisfy UNECE R155 and ISO/SAE 21434, spanning concept to decommissioning.

You will bridge governance, engineering, and compliance to ensure auditable processes. You will lead the definition of roles, KPIs, and tooling while guiding audits and milestones, with a strong emphasis on

Qualifications

• Background in system architecture, embedded development, or automotive cybersecurity.
• Solid knowledge of ISO/SAE 21434, UN R155, GB/T 44495 or other Road Vehicles Cybersecurity Engineering standards.
• Experience implementing management systems in regulated development contexts.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination.
• Experience defining and auditing cybersecurity processes in vehicle OEM or tier-1 environments.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity tools/methods: TARA, penetration testing, vulnerability management, requirements traceability.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the CSMS process architecture.
• Ensure CSMS processes meet UN R155 and ISO/SAE 21434 requirements.
• Define roles, responsibilities, and KPIs within the CSMS framework.
• Align CSMS with project-specific implementations across the organization.
• Specify and support tools needed to implement CSMS processes.
• Provide expert guidance during audits and milestones.
