Job summary

Lantmännen in Sweden seeks an Operational Lead Cyber Security to strengthen cyber resilience across business units. You will coordinate incident response, manage security processes, and lead improvements in monitoring, SOC operations and vulnerability management.

You will work with IT teams, vendors and stakeholders, balancing strategic capability development with hands-on incident handling, reporting to the Manager Competence Center Operation and Security Center.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in Cyber Security, preferably in Security Operations or incident response.
• Experience coordinating or leading security incident response activities.
• Experience with SOC/MSSP environments.
• Strong knowledge of security monitoring, threat detection, vulnerability management, SIEM and EDR/XDR.
• Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders in large organizations.
• Fluent Swedish and English communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate incident response activities and lead security investigations.
• Strengthen security processes, services and capabilities across business units.
• Manage SOC, monitoring and vulnerability management activities.
• Lead remediation to reduce future risk and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with vendors, service owners and IT teams to evolve security capabilities.
