Qualifications

• Experience in 24/7 service delivery is preferable.
• Experience within a detect & disarm product is a plus.
• Experience in recruitment/staffing is advantageous.
• Project and Change Management experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead and engage a highly skilled team of shift working security analysts.
• Ensure competence development with continuous training.
• Direct team functions and processes to align with strategic objectives.
• Review processes and initiate improvements for the Security Operations Framework.
• Collaborate closely with other key stakeholders within the company.

Skills

5+ years of experience in a similar role or position within IT/Tech

Manager and Leadership experience

Ability to handle high pressure situations

Good structural and analytical skills

Fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English
