Job summary

Lantmännen is seeking an Operational Lead Cyber Security to strengthen cyber resilience across business units and IT teams. You will own security services including SOC, monitoring, incident response, and vulnerability management, collaborating with vendors to evolve capabilities while enabling business growth.

Stockholm or Malmö based, hybrid working model. You will drive improvements in security processes, stakeholder collaboration and hands-on incident response, reporting to the Manager

Qualifications

• Several years of Cyber Security experience, preferably in Security Operations or incident response.
• Experience coordinating security incident response activities.
• Experience with SOC, MSSPs or similar operational security environments.
• Strong knowledge of threat detection, vulnerability management, SIEM and EDR/XDR capabilities.
• Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders and service owners.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate incident response activities across business units and IT teams.
• Lead major security incidents by coordinating stakeholders and decisions.
• Oversee security services like SOC, monitoring, and vulnerability management.
• Collaborate with vendors and partners to evolve security capabilities.
• Drive continuous improvement of security processes and tooling.
• Balance strategic planning with hands-on incident response.
