About The Role

As a Customer Representative, you will drive end-to-end communication with small businesses while maintaining operational accuracy across our core financial channels. You take direct ownership of real-time inquiries, bridging customer needs with our internal financial systems to power steady scale.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve customer inquiries across chat, email, and phone with technical precision and speed.
• Process daily operational requests in accordance with regulatory standards and risk policies.
• Align with cross-functional teams to resolve edge cases and optimize internal workflows.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and contribute practical ideas to refine service procedures.
• Document customer records and system updates accurately within our internal platforms.

Qualifications

• Practical experience in customer-facing roles, retail, or operations, or an eagerness to launch your career in Fintech.
• Fluent in English and Norwegian or Danish
• Strong digital proficiency with the ability to navigate internal financial systems and administrative software effectively.

This is a full-time, permanent position based in our headquarters in Stockholm. We believe our culture thrives when we work together, which is why we have an office-first approach. To balance this with some flexibility, we have the option of working remotely one day per week.
