Job summary

Responsibilities include leading cost reduction initiatives, preparing business cases, tracking savings, and guiding cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• HNC/HND or degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience in automotive electrical systems or wire harness products.
• Strong understanding of cost engineering and cost reduction methods.
• Knowledge of APQP, DFMEA, 8D, and CAD tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost reduction and value improvement activities.
• Identify, develop, and implement cost-saving solutions.
• Track project progress, savings, and risks.
• Work with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and customers.
• Prepare cost estimates and business cases.
• Support customer reviews and technical presentations.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and achieve targets.
