Job summary

Lear Corporation in Göteborg, Sweden, is seeking a Platform Manager – EDS to lead the program management function for automotive programs. You will drive flawless execution, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure timely, quality delivery of premium EDS products while meeting financial targets.

You will collaborate with key stakeholders such as Volvo, Geely, and Lotus to optimize governance, timing, and profitability across projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in automotive program or project management, preferably within Electrical Distribution Systems (EDS).
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex vehicle launch programs.
• Strong knowledge of APQP, PPAP, launch management, and manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Göteborg EDS programs and manage performance, customer satisfaction and business results.
• Oversee new product introductions, vehicle launches and model year changes for targets.
• Build strong customer relationships and act as primary interface for Volvo, Geely, Lotus and others.
