Job summary

Lear Corporation in Sweden seeks a CTO Leader to drive cost reduction and value improvement across automotive electrical systems. You will partner with engineering, program management, purchasing, suppliers and customers to identify and implement savings without compromising quality.

Responsibilities include leading cost reduction initiatives, preparing business cases, tracking savings, and guiding cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• HNC/HND or degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience in automotive electrical systems or wire harness products.
• Strong understanding of cost engineering and cost reduction methods.
• Knowledge of APQP, DFMEA, 8D, and CAD tools.
