Job summary

Scania in Södertälje, Sweden, seeks a Cyber Security Test Engineer to plan, design, and drive security testing across infotainment and driver display systems. You will work with global System Test, HIL, and Vehicle Test teams to identify risks, verify compliance, and deliver secure digital dashboards.

The role requires hands-on experience with security testing techniques, strong programming skills, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in cyber security testing for embedded/automotive systems.
• Strong knowledge of security testing techniques including penetration and fuzz testing.
• Proficient in Python, C++, or C# for test automation.

Responsibilities

• Plan and drive cyber security testing activities for Digital Dashboard systems.
• Translate security requirements into test scenarios and cases.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts to support scalable testing.
• Execute tests including vulnerability assessments and security validation.
• Investigate security issues and report findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with global teams to align testing strategies and quality goals.
• Contribute to improving testing methods, processes, and tools.
• Ensure compliance with automotive cyber security standards and best practices.
• Communicate effectively with diverse, international teams.
