Job description

Sambla Group is a fintech company with a clear goal – to be your trusted financial partner. We’ve grown into one of the fastest-growing fintech companies - bridging the gap between borrowers and lenders - thanks to the 500+ amazing people who work here.

Our success comes from a shared commitment to deliver the best customer journey and empower people to improve their personal finances. Through our well-known brands - Sambla, Advisa, Rahalaitos, Omalaina, Rahoitu and DigiFinans - we help customers get the best possible terms on their loans.

We are looking for an experienced CRM Specialist to drive our journey towards AI‑powered hyper‑personalization. You will own and optimize CRM activities across the full customer lifecycle, using data and AI to deliver relevant, timely, and impactful communication that supports both customer value and commercial growth.

You work analytically and independently, but you’re also a natural collaborator – partnering with other Marketing teams, Product, Analytics, and our local marketing teams to turn insights into sharp CRM strategies, journeys, and experiments.

What you will do

Develop and execute our CRM strategy

  • Full market ownership, including budget, profit and revenue for one of our markets.
  • Develop and execute CRM strategies focused on personalized, data‑driven customer journeys across markets.
  • Plan, build, and optimize lifecycle campaigns such as onboarding, activation, cross‑sell, churn prevention, and win‑back.
  • Translate business goals into clear CRM objectives, segments, journeys, and experiments.

Build smart, AI‑powered customer journeys

  • Define and manage audience segments using behavioral, transactional, and lifecycle data.
  • Use A/B testing and structured experimentation to continuously improve performance and learnings over time.
  • Explore and implement AI‑powered capabilities (for example content support, predictive models, recommendations, send‑time optimization) to make our communication smarter and more relevant.

Turn data into decisions

  • Partner with data/analytics teams to track, analyze, and report on CRM performance and customer behavior.
  • Use dashboards and reporting to identify opportunities, risks, and next steps along the customer lifecycle.
  • Bring structure and clarity to complex topics so that stakeholders understand what’s happening and why – and what we should do next.

Collaborate across teams – Drive & Jive

  • You will work across the organisation and cooperate closely with senior stakeholders, including country marketing management.
  • Work closely with Product, Marketing, Sales and our local country teams to align priorities and maximise impact.
  • Communicate openly, listen with intent, and help create a shared rhythm where everyone is informed as things evolve.
  • Contribute to a feedback‑oriented, learning culture where we lift each other up and celebrate progress.
Who you are
  • At least 3 years CRM experience, preferable from a multibrand and/or Fintech industry.
  • Proven ability to independently plan, run and optimise CRM campaigns with clear commercial and customer impact.
  • Hands‑on experience with a modern CRM or marketing automation platform, ideally with AI‑driven features.
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data, dashboards and A/B‑tests.
  • Demonstrated interest and comfort in using AI tools to improve workflows and performance.
  • Growth mindset: curious, proactive and eager to test, learn and iterate.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate and manage cross‑functional teams and senior stakeholders. Strong English is required, Finnish is a strong advantage and Swedish and/or Norwegian are favourable.
  • Advantage if you have worked with Bloomreach or Braze in your prior roles.
What we offer

Business in mind & people at heart

You’ll join a company that aims to be an attractive and innovative employer with committed and motivated employees who work in a genuine, energy‑filled and result‑oriented environment.

We might be a little different from most companies. Instead of defining personal values, we’ve built a shared way of working - a rhythm that guides how we collaborate, support our customers, and move forward together. We call it Drive & Jive - a shared rhythm that creates momentum through direction, collaboration, and human connection.

Please note that our recruitment process will take a short summer break during July. We’ll start reviewing applications and scheduling interviews again in the first week of August – we’re really looking forward to hearing from you!
