Job summary

Navigraph seeks a talented Motion Designer to join our Marketing Department in central Stockholm. You will create engaging 2D/3D motion graphics, animations, and video assets aligned with our brand to support campaigns, tutorials, and Navigraph Academy.

You'll collaborate across Marketing, Product Communication, and Academy, taking ownership from concept to delivery while staying current with motion techniques and tools.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in motion design with a strong portfolio.
• Strong proficiency in After Effects; experience in Premiere Pro and 3D tools.
• A strong eye for design, animation, timing, composition, and brand consistency.
• Ability to translate complex products and technical concepts into clear, engaging visual communication.
• Understanding of how motion adapts across channels and formats.

Responsibilities

• Create 2D and 3D motion graphics, product demos, UI animations, and visual effects.
• Translate complex aviation, product, and software concepts into clear visual stories.
• Adapt motion for campaigns, organic content, web, product releases, tutorials, and Navigraph Academy lessons.
• Take projects from concept and storyboard through animation and final delivery.
• Ensure motion assets align with Navigraph's brand and visual language.
• Collaborate with Content Producers, Designers, and Marketing to understand needs and deliver visual solutions.
