Job summary

Newcode, based in Sweden, seeks a Motion Designer to shape how our brand, product, and ideas come to life through motion. You will create motion assets for product launches, campaigns, social media, ads, explainers, events, and presentations.

You will define scalable motion systems, build reusable templates, and collaborate with Marketing, Product Design, and leadership to deliver high-quality creative output. A strong portfolio in brand/product marketing motion is required.

Qualifications

• Portfolio shows high-quality motion work across brand, product, marketing, or campaign contexts.
• You can turn complex information into clear and engaging visual narratives.

Responsibilities

• Create motion assets for product launches, campaigns, social media, ads, explainers, events, and presentations.
• Design product-led animations that explain complex legal-tech and AI concepts in a simple and compelling way.
• Help define a scalable motion system for the Newcode brand across product, marketing, and sales touchpoints.
• Build reusable templates, motion principles, and toolkits that help us move faster while keeping quality high.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product Design, and leadership to turn ideas into polished creative output.
• Support major announcements, launches, and customer-facing moments with strong visual storytelling.
• Explore how AI tools can improve creative workflows, from ideation and storyboarding to production and iteration.
