SCRL, a Stockholm-based tech company building social media design tools, invites a Motion Designer to own a stream of creative output for our paid social engine, turning briefs, data, and creator footage into ads that perform. We’re open to both FTE and freelance.

Your day-to-day includes creating high-quality ads that hit KPIs at scale, cutting UGC with motion graphics across formats, building multiple variations for testing, and working with strategic minds to turn insights into the next round

Qualifications

• 2+ years in motion design and video editing for social ads.
• Strong portfolio of paid social work with measurable results.
• Advanced in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects.
• Understanding of marketing metrics and A/B testing.
• Clear communicator and fast-paced executor.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality ads that hit KPIs at scale and test volume.
• Cut UGC and creator footage, mix with motion graphics for formats.
• Build multiple variations per concept for testing engine.
• Collaborate with strategists to turn insights into next creative.
• Stay on top of social trends to keep creatives relevant.
