Job summary

IKEA Sweden is seeking a Country Business Risk & Compliance Manager to lead and develop the risk and compliance function across the country. You will oversee Safety, Security, Risk Management, Internal Controls, Compliance, BCM, Information Security and Data Privacy, ensuring a risk-aware organization that protects people, assets and brand.

You will coordinate with Ingka businesses to embed risk-based approaches, lead crisis management, and promote a strong risk culture across the country.

Qualifications

• Extensive risk management knowledge for an international business environment.
• Extensive knowledge of assessing, evaluating, and monitoring compliance with laws, regulations and guidance.
• Proven experience leading Safety & Security initiatives, building partnerships with authorities to protect people, assets and operations.
• Broad understanding of Risk Management, Compliance, Security and Data Privacy, Internal Controls and Business Continuity Management (incl. Crisis Management).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Country Business Risk & Compliance function to ensure a risk-aware organization.
• Create and execute the Country Business Risk & Compliance plan based on country risks and business needs.
• Promote a risk-aware culture and lead a performance mindset across the country organization.
• Develop country-specific risk and compliance insights to identify risks and opportunities.
• Provide management with tactical and strategic risk insights to support planning and decisions.
• Lead Crisis Management work and ensure crisis preparedness throughout the country.
• Implement standardized and automated ways of working to increase efficiency and alignment.
• Ensure implementation of global Risk & Compliance frameworks tailored to country context.
• Develop and nurture a high-performing Risk & Compliance function and Safety & Security leadership within the country.
