Job summary

ELTAKO GmbH is seeking a Country Manager for Sweden to enhance and grow the ELTAKO brand in the Swedish market. The ideal candidate will bring strong commercial and technical expertise, with a focus on the electrical engineering industry.

Your responsibilities will include strategic market development, team leadership, and partnership building with key stakeholders. This management position offers high flexibility and an attractive salary package, including a company car and 30 days of annual leave.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in sales or business development within the electrical engineering or building automation industry.
• Willingness to travel within Sweden and valid driver’s license (Category B).

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the strategic and operational development of the Swedish market.
• Develop and implement local sales and growth strategies.
• Lead, support, and develop the Swedish ELTAKO team.
• Build and maintain long-term partnerships with key accounts.
• Represent ELTAKO at customer meetings and industry events.

Skills

To strengthen our international team, we are looking for a Country Manager Sweden with strong commercial and technical expertise who will further establish and grow the ELTAKO brand in the Swedish market.

Your profile

• Several years of experience in sales or business development within the electrical engineering or building automation industry
• Strong understanding of the Swedish electrical market and distribution landscape
• Experience working with wholesalers, installers, and technical decision-makers
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on and proactive approach
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Technical background in electrical engineering or comparable industry experience
• Fluent in Swedish and English, German is a plus
• Willingness to travel within Sweden
• Valid driver’s license (Category B)

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the strategic and operational development of the Swedish market
• You develop and implement local sales and growth strategies
• You are responsible for leading, supporting, and developing the Swedish ELTAKO team of five employees, ensuring strong collaboration and performance across all local activities
• You build and maintain long-term partnerships with wholesalers, installers, system integrators, and key accounts
• You lead business development activities and identify new market opportunities
• You represent ELTAKO at customer meetings, trade fairs, seminars, and industry events
• You act as the main contact person for the Swedish market and closely collaborate with the international headquarters
• You monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
• You support and coordinate local sales activities, trainings, and product presentations
