About Infiniteria

Infiniteria is a growing company on a mission to make tyre production sustainable. At Infiniteria, we are building industrial solutions that make circularity profitable, scalable, and real.

Our mission is clear: to transform end‑of‑life tyres (ELT) into high value materials for new tyres and fuels, enabling circular material loops at industrial scale—without compromising on economics, safety, or industrial‑grade engineering.

We are a growing, international team building something that has not been done before at this scale. The work is complex and demanding, but it’s one that truly matters – for European supply chain resilience and for the circular economy.

We believe sustainability only works when it is commercially viable and delivers tangible value to customers. That is why we focus on solutions that perform reliably in operation, compete on cost, and stand up to industrial scrutiny.

Infiniteria combines the pace and ownership of a young company with the discipline that large‑scale industrial projects require.

Key responsibilities / activities

The Corporate Controller will initially play a hands‑on role in ensuring reliable financial reporting, forecasting, controlling and related finance processes during the company’s transition into operations. As systems, data flows and processes mature and become increasingly automated, the role is expected to shift towards forward‑looking analysis, business insights and decision support to management.

  • Financial modelling for large‑scale capex projects, supporting the understanding and decisions regarding roll‑out of the project in different European countries as well as for the Infiniteria group financial model

Reporting

  • Coordinate and validate financial data and reporting inputs across the Group’s legal entities and external providers.
  • Own and operate the current reporting, forecasting and controlling models, including necessary Excel-based and manual processes, until reliable and appropriately automated system‑based solutions are established. Elaboration of monthly cash forecasting to form accurate capital contribution schedules
  • Elaborate occasional cash forecasts when needed
  • Establishment of key financial KPIs
  • Develop and follow the transfer pricing model until it will be fully applied (at the start of operations)
  • Support treasury activities including FX exposure analysis, cash forecasting and financing analysis
  • Together with our Digital team, develop scalable finance data models, dashboards and self‑service reporting

Budgeting

  • Follow up of the headquarters ramp up and analysis of variances to the budget and 3 revisions
  • Cooperate with Management team and shareholders to update budget forecasts in line with the Company’s strategy, incorporating key operational, commercial and technical sensitivities
  • Develop the budget by cost centre in the ERP

Capex

  • Follow up of the plant establishment and analysis of variances to the budget
  • Cooperate with Swedish controller to support and integrate plantanalyses
  • Analysis of capex projects, change orders, integrations at both headquarters and plant level

ERP implementation

  • Support the implementation of the company’s ERP system, in particular for Finance module but also for what converges into the Finance module from industrial and commercial modules
  • Responsibility of the Group chart of accounts and accounting rules evolution
  • Ensure a “Group vision” when revising and authorising all changes to the system requested by users
  • Coordinate the Group consultants to define needs of change orders, training
  • Coordinate the implementation of the consolidation module EPM
  • Coordinate the implementation of the project controlling module
