Qualifications

PLC programming experience in industrial automation.
Strong servo motion control and drive system knowledge.
Experience with Siemens, Beckhoff, Rockwell, or Mitsubishi PLCs.
Understanding of Profinet, EtherCAT, Ethernet/IP or Profibus.
Experience commissioning and troubleshooting automated equipment.
Ability to read electrical schematics and technical documentation.
Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Design, develop and modify PLC software for automated machinery and production systems.
Program and commission servo motion systems, drives and associated control hardware.
Develop HMI and SCADA applications to support operational requirements.
Carry out system testing, fault finding and root cause analysis.
Support machine commissioning, validation and performance optimisation.
Work closely with mechanical, electrical and manufacturing engineering teams.
Produce technical documentation, functional specifications and test procedures.
Participate in continuous improvement activities across automation and control systems.
