Job summary

Dolphin Group is recruiting 12 pig farmers for an existing client—a family-run pig farming business with facilities in southern Sweden, now opening a new location in Anderslöv. This is a 3‑month assignment with the possibility of a long‑term contract and residency in Sweden, offered as a self-employed assignment.

Minimum 40 hours per week with at least one day off; pay is €16 per hour pre-taxes, including a 14‑day trial period at the same rate.

Qualifications

• Fair and communicative English
• Experience with pigs
• Physically capable
• Able to follow instructions and work in a team
• Good health condition
• Driver's license B is a plus
• Tractor license is a plus

Responsibilities

• Daily pig production tasks under supervision (feeding, cleaning, welfare)
• Vaccinations and castrations when needed
• General care and maintenance of sows and piglets
