We are seeking a talented and driven Systems Engineer to join this team, dedicated to defining concepts, setting requirements, and ensuring the successful verification of subsystems for cutting‑edge electric vehicle technology.

Role Overview: In this role, you will be involved in the complete lifecycle of subsystems, from early concept development through requirement definition to successful verification. You will play a crucial role in leading cross‑functional teams and balancing requirements across production, aftermarket, and customer needs. Strong networking skills and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes are essential for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and define concepts for subsystems related to charging and electric power take off.
• Set and manage requirements to ensure subsystems meet performance and quality standards.
• Lead cross‑functional teams to ensure successful subsystem development and verification.
• Balance and integrate diverse stakeholder requirements, including production, aftermarket, and customer needs.
